Katarzyna Rozycka

She is Capital Acquisition Senior Manager in Central Engineering Department at Whirlpool Operational Center of Excellence and responsible for acquisition of equipment across European factories. She has 15-year experience in process engineering, production start-up and management and capital acquisition management.

She graduated from  Warsaw University of Technology; Process and Chemical Engineering Faculty, Biotechnology Specialization and has worked at Procter & Gamble for 11 years in shampoo production as process engineer (Poland) and in production start-up management at greenfield plant (Romania). She also worked at Twinings for 1 year in Tea Packaging Production Start-up and Management at greenfield plant (Poland). Since 2011, she has joined Whirlpool as Capital Acquisition Senior Manager.

She participated in FORMAT the case study for forecasting the future of decoration in home appliances.
